The Warranty Deposit covers the cost of postage and processing your return, and will be refunded once we have received your return and determined that it is covered by our warranty. You can find our warranty T&Cs here.
You can purchase an Express Service Upgrade for £10. The upgrade is non-refundable, but ensures we prioritise your return so it is guaranteed to be turned around within 1-3 working days of us receiving your device, or your money back. It can take up to 14 days for us to process standard warranty returns.
If your device is physically damaged you may be able to use your warranty deposit towards a paid repair. All repairable returns which are not covered by our warranty are eligible for this option.
