Each mobile is "graded" according to its cosmetic appearance. The cosmetic grade has no bearing on the functionality of the device; every mobile is fully functional no matter what the grade and has passed a battery health check.
Grades
Excellent
- Fully functional, at least 85% battery health
- Used but excellent condition
- No noticeable wear on the display
- Minor to no signs of wear on the housing
- For example, the device may have micro scratches on the housing, but these cannot be felt with your fingernail or seen over 30cm away
Good
- Fully functional, at least 85% battery health
- Used but good condition
- No noticeable wear on the display
- Minor to moderate wear on the housing
- For example, the device may have a few scratches or scuffs on the housing, which can be felt with your fingernail or seen over 30cm away
Fair
- Fully functional, at least 85% battery health
- Used but fair condition
- May have minor but noticeable wear on the display (NO cracks or chips)
- May have moderate to heavy wear on the housing
- For example, the device may have minor but noticeable scratches on the display, and moderate scratches and scuffs across the housing
Poor
- Fully functional, at least 85% battery health
- Used but poor condition
- May have moderate to major noticeable wear on the display (NO cracks)
- May have heavy wear across the housing
- For example, the device may have deep scratches on the display and/or deep scratches and scuffs across the housing
